DMD
Description
The DMD metering pumps series are a compact pumps that are manufactured with mechanically operated elastomer diaphragm, hermetic head and with a robust reduction mechanism.
To comply with the operation conditions, the pumps may be assembled horizontally in up to six metering heads1that may be adjusted independently with the pump stopped or in operation.
Developed by means of a simple, reliable and easy maintenance project, the DMD series differ from the electronic solenoid type pump, since they are strongly built and well adapted for installation under industrial environments such as:
- Chemical process industries;
- Sugar and alcohol mills;
- Effluent treatment;
- Metering of chemical products in low pressure boilers;
- Paper industries;
- Textile industries;
- Food industries; and
- Beverage industries.

- DMD and DMD/M: 10 bar (g)
- DMD/G: 5 bar (g)
- Maximum Suction Pressure: 2 bar (g);
- Temperature Limit::
- 50°C for plastic metering head;
- 80ºC for metallic metering head; and
- Repeatability tolerance: aprox. 3%.
